Hi, I’m Victoria - infant sleep consultant, qualified teacher, wellbeing lead and founder of The Mama Sleep Consultant. I’ve made it my mission to help families like yours find rest again.

Searching online for answers in the middle of the night only added to my confusion - there were so many different opinions.

That frustration, combined with the teacher in me, fuelled my determination to dive deep into the science of infant sleep - and my background in teaching allows me to simplify that science into clear, practical steps for families.
