When I finally got help from a sleep consultant, everything changed. Within days, my baby slept better - and so did I. It wasn’t just about more sleep; it was about understanding why sleep matters. That experience inspired me to become an Infant Sleep Consultant, so I could help other families find the same relief.

I know how challenging sleep struggles can feel and how hard it is to know where to turn. I’m here to offer support and personalised sleep plans that reflect your baby, your values, and what feels right for your family.

My goal isn’t just to help babies sleep through the night - many do! - but to help parents feel confident, supported, and reminded that they’re not alone. Things can - and will - get better! I’m a certified Infant Sleep Consultant and mama to two energetic, gorgeous boys.
With 19 years’ experience as a teacher and wellbeing lead, I’ve supported countless children and families.

Nothing quite prepared me for the exhaustion of motherhood. Experiencing those long, broken nights first hand gave me a true understanding of just how tough sleep struggles can be.

After my first son was born, I faced sleepless nights, nap battles, and more coffee than I care to admit! I hoped it would get easier - but it didn’t. When my second arrived, the exhaustion doubled. Between tantrums and sleepless nights, I often wondered how anyone survived it all with a smile.

Desperate for answers, I spent countless nights scrolling through forums and articles. What should have been a magical time slowly became a haze of tiredness, frustration, and guilt. As a teacher, the thought of returning to the classroom on little sleep felt overwhelming. I knew I had to find a solution - not just for my sanity, but to be the best mum and teacher I could be.
